Online Coaching

Online coaching is a cost effective approach to the standard form of face to face coaching. Training times are more flexible as it does not depend on the availability of the coach. Most of the program is carried out independently. Coaches will provide specific instruction through an online platform for the Athlete to incorporate into their training.

Individual Assessment

Individual assessment covering the Squat, Benchpress and Deadlift to teach form and technique. Debrief will include detailed breakdown of the form check and recommendations to fix weak points.

Group Assessment

Focus on the basics and breaking down the techniques used covering variations of one of either Squat, Benchpress or Deadlift. Ending with a practical session identifying weaknesses for each individual. One lift covered per session. Upcoming Group Assessments will be announced on our Instagram page.


Larger workshops can be arranged to cater between 5 – 10 people, if required. Typically this will cover the Squat, Benchpress and Deadlift. However if preferred we can adjust the topics to suit the time, size and skill level of the group. Do get in touch with us if this is something you may be interested in.
